LumiMax PL Brand Agreement
Upon receiving the arts, images, logos and brand – including but not limited to LumiMax – the client agrees to use them in accordance with the guidelines indicated by Estetique in its Brand Manual.
These will only be used to promote services related to the LumiMax, and not in connection to any other service/product. The client will not use the LumiMax name or brand to identify its business, and these will only be used to promote the treatments and/or services provided using LumiMax. The client agrees to promote and refer to such services by their official name and will not use any other name to describe them.
Estetique has supplied these as a loan; therefore, the client does not own and has no legal right over them. The client accepts that these privileges will be revoked for non-compliance of this agreement.
